Psychological counseling for legitimate mental and emotional problems with exercise at a level appropriate to the fitness level of the patient with an eye towards continuous improvement. A well balanced, Mediterranean style diet heavy on vegetables, fruits, beans and nuts, low fat calcium and lean meats in appropriate amounts. Stay away from simple carbs and saturated fats.
Don't do gluten free unless you have a medically diagnosed condition proving gluten intolerance. Do not get less than 1500 calories per day.
Most people who do that and attain good blood work numbers will be energetic and vigorous. If not, drink some coffee!
Otherwise, go see a doctor and don't listen to advice from a Silly Hooker Message Board!
