Where is a good place for seafood in Houston?

There is a new place opened near San Leon/Baycliff area, Pier 6. Good food but smaller than normal portions.

It's on the water. Boats bring in fresh seafood to their docks behind the building, daily.

(Big plus is they have poker tournaments every night.)
I like Topwater.
Noah's Ark is ok for seafood, good for breakfast.
