Why even write the review then? You said you weren’t giving anyone their URLs or numbers. I just don’t understand the point if you didn’t want them finding out or anyone getting their contact info. Obviously they were going to find out. This site isn’t a secret or anything. Anyone can come on here....

It's a horrible idea to review any girl without there being a 'non subscription based' public means of contacting them (aka ListCrawler).
I understand the desire to get PA, but there's a myriad of reasons why she doesn't post publicly, and you basically just made her public.
I'd even be reluctant to post a review of a known pro who posted on SA, and I definitely wouldn't do it without her approval.
