I went to the one on the North, they forgot to put hot sauce in my bag mind you I uber there from the plaza area so my heart was broken lol .



I called them to let them know and the guy was so sorry said he put it on my order because specifically asked to make sure I had hot sauce hahaha

Has anyone here had the crown rib at Jack Stack? I swear I'm now addicted to beef ribs!

A bit of advice to the unitiated: Start hungry and plan on having a few hours to digest. One rib is more than a meal!

As a backyard meat smoker guru, the big beef ribs have always been my most challenging smoke to get the ribs to be perfectly fork-tender without them completely falling apart. My best beef rib smokes have actually been 2-day affairs... definitely low-and-slow...
