Also rent/mortgage payments happen at a set time, and time is an invention of the white man to oppress minorities.

The potential homeless wave will be huge. It's not just apts. I know someone who hasn't paid their mortgage in months. The bank put the payments on the back end and supposedly she now has a 40 year mortgage.

Lots of commercial property around here is finally started to rebound. Gyms and stores I noticed haved reopened after some remodeling and renaming.

Traffic in Houston is at full "pre-pandemic" levels. About half the people yesterday weren't wearing their masks in the stores even though there are signs saying to continue wearing them.

It is the renters that are the biggest problem, People with mortgage forbearance have options in a lot of cases.

Renters are putting a strain on the property owners. With rents as high as they are some could owe 12 to 20k in back rent.

If the government forgives (pays) that rent, it should be taxed as income at least.
