I think it will be less than that. They are going to raise taxes. They sound like they want to tax the number of miles you drive. They want to raise the corporate tax rate. It will just be handed down to us, in the form of higer priced goods. Not sure how low they will go on raising individual taxes.

No. It is not a "loan" and will not have be repaid. That is built into the language of the legislation.

It is also not taxable income.

There is some confusion about whether it will count against any tax credits you receive; but, I haven't been able to find a coherent answer on that. Good luck.
