Again, the data can, and is supposed to, cross ref to what the medics upload. When I got mine they were uploading every shot recipient to the state board of health.

It's been fun pissing people off at work about this, mostly because it's sheltered urban millennials with no real sense of how the world works. "We'll make it blockchain and make it a phone app with a QR code you have to scan, can't hack that!"
Aside from stealing screenshots of other peoples' QR codes, what happens when I don't have a smartphone? Are you going to not let me onto the plane because I didn't pay your $1000 iphone tax.
