1) Someone explain to me why power is suppose to be in the employee not the employer. The employee doesn't take the risk, hasn't laid his/her financial well being on the line. Why should they be in charge? If they feel they are being treated unfairly or are worth more, go get another job.
2) How much should a teenager, living at home with their parents make? This is who should be making minimum wage. If you haven't moved on from those positions, you probably shouldn't be out living on your own.
Biden's proposed $15/hour gives a high school student with literally no skill the equivalent of a $30k/year job. Sorry, but that's just stupid.
Businesses will start to close because they can't afford to be run with such high payroll margins. Or you will force hyper inflation as prices have to rise to meet payroll numbers.
