Politics has gone off the rails. No big loss on him blocking you. I can literally talk to anyone, regardless of political or religious beliefs. This type of polarized thinking on both side sucks.

I enjoy good conversation with a provider. I don't mind talking religion, politics, philosophy, all that. Dallas, you and may or may not agree on everything, but we sure do have great sex together!! I would never block someone for having a different opinion from mine. I'm not so arrogant as to think mine is the only valid opinion. I've had amazing sex with ultra liberals and ultra MAGA people. I love you all!!

The whole American system is going sideways lately.

I spend a long time vetting out a provider that I feel like I can relate to. I don't see more than one provider at a time...which makes it hard for references sometimes, but that's my issue.

As far as not wanting to spend my time with someone that has opposing views...I dont mind if it's a friendship and the other person can actually have an intellectual discussion about our difference of opinions. However, when it comes to intimacy (yes I know some people can separate themselves from it, but I personally can't) I can't share myself with someone who has completely different beliefs than I do.

For instance...I would never sleep with someone who was married...that's just me.

I've wondered about this a lot. Like, in an incredibly personal and "not legally protected" industry, I totally get how people's preferences and biases can come into play. But this is one I see a lot, and especially when posted by an AA provider it really makes me wonder what the thoughts are. I guess I'll never really know though.

It's like all the people complaining about musician's opinions and wanting them to shut up and sing. Those people complaining are the loudest and most vocal with their opinions??? It just boils down to two things. Either they question their own opinions deep down and don't like to be reminded of inconsistencies or they want to live in a world where everything goes along with their beliefs and they already know everything.
