Real or Silicone ?

She has a nice body not just a "pretty face", she pulls it off very well. Just cause one is a BBW does not mean she can't be beautiful from head toe they come in all shapes and sizes just like "skinny" ladies.

My guess is either extreme photoshop or silicone. The eyes appear very pretty but lifeless and the lips look doll like. If she is real than it is a case of life imitating art imitating life.
