Provider in Syracuse that's not a thief

Alley ghosted me yesterday. I told her I'd be at her place in hour. She tells me great! Can't wait, then gives me her address. I get there 50 minutes later, and spend a half hr in the parking lot waiting for her to tell me the apt number. No response whtsoever.

That stuff sucks...
