The subsidy I'd like to see would be a means-tested Hobby grant to older mongers on Social Security.
I think they should cell it "The Die With A Smile Act". In addition to granting Hobby grant vouchers to older Hobby-Indigent men, there would be a set of provisions de-criminalizing Providers.
