Chicago's Police Chief, David Brown, was the head of the Dallas PD prior to accepting the Chi-town Gig, after he had retired. Brown led the successful Robotics killing of the downtown Dallas shooter, 5 years ago, who assasinated 5 Officers in one July evening.
