A drone can be loaded with whatever munition needed and these are guided to the target. Some luggage that was. A guy with a bomb strapped to him killed about 200 people. Can only imagine what kind of bomb they had in that car. Kudos to the CIA for saving hundreds of lives, and most likely dozens of US Military.
