In normal years these gas prices would mean me shopping for a nice new truck, SUV and maybe a Sports car or 2 because many people would sell them off, dealers wouldnt be able to sell gas guzzlers and I would score some great deals. Getting the permit is a perfunctory step. Senile Biden doesn't have the option to say no on approving permits for leases sold under previous administrations. It would be a breach of contract.
