... What a GREAT thread! ... Surely glad I started it.
Top level responces from everyone!
Reckon I'm NOT surprised - with the talent we got here.

Liptons, iced, we buy 1 gallon pouches bulk at Sams or the Depot.

Red Rose? Tastes like shit, but, this is something I remember from my early yute.

Salty,
Have you seen the Red Rose Tea commercial with the monkey, I'll guess from the 60's maybe into the 70's. If not you have to try to find it if the woke people haven't had it blocked.

I just checked there is still one on youtube. There was more than one.
... I'll try to find it if I can... Every-other poster here
is blue about Red Rose tea... Maybe I should try it and
see why it's so bad.

Did the monkey look like Betelgeuse??

Do they even have tea in Australia? Or do they just put Vegemite inside an old kangaroo scrotum and let it steep in hot water?

Inquiring minds want to know.

(No kangaroos were harmed in the making of this post)
... What the piss?! ... Really?? ... Everybody gotta be a wise oaf.

... Me-own Gran tryed to get me to eat vegemite once... dipped a
biscuit in it... Told her I didn't want it.

I was a lucky dingo 'cause me Mum and Gran would actually
ASK me what foods I wanted to eat.

Even bought me chocolate pops and Frosties for breakfast.
Now THAT'S love!

A female friend sent me honey from New Zealand to put in tea. I know I know neither country is the same but some feel they are, why I brought it up although both are close to each other.
I need to add I was using Earl Gray decaf she sent me Teavana, never heard of Teavana?

They had fancy tea which was very high priced (like $30/oz), but it was good. Their cheaper stuff like english breakfast and what have you was reasonably priced too.

Liked going to the one in ross park mall, but that closed and was replaced with an indie tea/spice store
