To give a sense of scope, Philadelphia has 30 bridges that are rated as poor and would be prioritized for funding consideration. Pittsburgh has 174 rated as poor, not counting the 1 that just collapsed.

The rest of the $18 billion that should come to for PA over the next 5 yrars should be focused on highway improvements ($11b), public transportation ($3b) and water infrastructure ($1.4b)

Just what the country needs!
But that would require thinking outside of his own self interest.

You watch, if it comes down to it he will throw his kids including Ivanka under the bus to save himself!

Of course anytime anything happens the tucker carlson of the sandbox blames the dems weither deserved or not!

I have a question, when you had Cruze by the balls "as a proper right wing talk show host should be able to make US senators govel" this says a lot as to the state of the Republican party in recent years" but I digress.

When you were questioning him about his definition of terrorism and how it differs from yours.
And you convincing him that he cannot believe what he actually saw, is what he actually saw!
But when snowflake finally submitted, as a U.S. senator should submit to a talk show host who is firmly entrenched in right wing conspiracy theories and other such garbage!
And of course onr that has him by the balls, when cruze gave up and begged your forgiveness I guess when you really began to squeeze, just like when Trump insulted his wife.
I didn't mean to marry an ugly woman I'm sorry!
Too fucking rich!
So after crushing his balls did you give those obviously tiny little balls a massage so he wouldn't be so bowlegged walking out of there!
You can't completely break the man you might need him later!
Massage!

And yes peduto sucked!

But there are more places than just Pittsburgh that money will go to.
And I cant see blaming the Dems that ran P-burgh for the condition of our bridges, the amount of bridges that this city has probably would require help from the feds to upkeep them properly.

It also amuses me that Bannana republicans that voted not in favor of this bill, are now lying, and telling thier constituents they were, and they did!
Go figure!

And you would have to be blind not to think that these bridges don't need repair, but of course when one collapses it has got to be a conspiracy because slow Joe is coming to the burgh!

Not everything is a black flag event!
If the parasties of the PSP didn't steal 4.2 billion from the bridge repair fund this might not have happened. https://www.lehighvalleylive.com/leh...4dHbY9iJBhZMok

Senile Bidens boondoggle spends a very small amount of the total on roads and bridges.

I did not see anyone objecting to money spent on roads and bridges. It is the fact that this could have happened years earlier if the libtards did not obstruct President Trump's plan - and that Senile Biden's plan wastes money on a bunch of other things

LOL

And in a blink of an eye all the lib points fall apart like they usually do

The Pittsburgh bridge that collapsed early Friday, injuring 10 people, was in poor condition and not targeted for improvements under the federal infrastructure bill, state records show.

LOL just makes Senile Biden's and the other libtard politicians dog and pony show Friday even more of a farce…..

When was this ever a Trump focus really? It was a campaign promise as bancrupt as his casino or his other 7 ventures.

Here's a nice link https://www.americanprogress.org/art...fails-america/

He was so interested in breaking up affordable care, so he could throw ppl off of insurance, that he forgot to put forward a bill on infrastructure.

But he is the guy who helped shut down the hooker portion of Backpage. So yeah...he's a good dude that doesn't like prostitution...unless it's playboy whores or porn stars. Then it's all good.

Trump's arrogance is what got him into office by the arrogance of ppl who thought " this guy is just like us", but really he's nothing but a tax grifter and lying smug asshole who has bullied his way with anyone who confronted him. While he could have done great things for Americans, he left a rift & divide between many.

There hasn't been much building or infrastructure for many reasons but most of them are political. We need to fix the shit in the major cities of the US. Maybe shift some of that military money towards public works could help a little bit. To be fair, I don't think most Republicans or democrats, feel that infrastructure is a waste, hence them approving this 1.3 trillion bill. I'm sure there are addendums that made some people unhappy, but there has been no perfect bill or legislation.

How do you filibuster in the Senate?
A filibuster is a tactic used by a minority group of members of the U.S. Senate who oppose and prevent the passage of a bill, despite the bill having enough supporters to pass it. The tactic involves taking advantage of the rule that 60 votes are needed to stop debate on a bill.
