Jefferson is near H P Long Bridge. Not sure if it is incorporated. Was born and raised in NOLA but will never return. Living where I do is good but my neighbors and I are ready for almost anything. Becareful out there.

I don’t think the hotels check vax cards unless in bar or food area. But when I was in NOLA the nicer food places were asking for cards. And I had to wave a card around to get in the Saints game but they sure didn’t look hard at it. Probably could have had a notecard with “I do what I want” written on it. But dining locations seemed pretty serious.
