New to Pittsburgh

I have to see this girl. I have to. Please do Greentree or Washington area!!
I guess being from Dallas-- where sometimes guys travel 40-50 miles to see a provider... I just chuckle a little when guys gasp at the thought of 8 miles. I get it, though-- Cincinnati has the same issues if you need to go from east to west or into Kentucky. Originally Posted by Grace Preston

Look at Cranberry. Pretty convenient drive for most, easy parking and lot of hotel and restaurant options.

Hey Grace, the parkway east can be a real pain in the as. That damn Squirrel Hill tunnel will cause traffic to back up for no good reason. I once lost "the desire" while sitting in traffic, called the girl to reschedule, fortunately she convinced me to take it easy. She said that whenever I arrived would be fine, as I remember, a real good time was had. Hope you visiting gals have a great time.

I used to live in Dallas (Deep Ellum) and sometimes 8 miles could take an hour depending on the time of day.

But it's the same way in Minneapolis lol. Everyone has a complaint with regards to incall location. You're either too far into the city, you're not north enough for the St. Cloud, Maple Grove, Plymouth fellas, or you're north of the 494 loop. Suffice to say it's always something.

I know this is kind of undiplomatic to say but when you've had blue collar clients like welders, farmers, firefighters, etc., drive 2 hours, 6 hours, or 8 hours one way, or fly to your city to meet you I also just laugh when clients will automatically cut someone off because their location isn't convenient enough or is a 2 hour drive round-trip. In the same breath, I get it because when I lived in Dallas, I had a 75 mile commute one way.

Welcome to Pittsburgh, Paige!

I’m a long time fan of yours! Via Twitter

Personally, I believe location doesn’t matter much.

Downtown and cranberry have decent accommodations and are safe areas. Downtown is fun to explore and central to everything.

But I’m sure you’ll be successful wherever you choose.
Safe travels !

Saw a lady once who was visiting from Ohio in Robinson. Going from the Monroeville area out towards the airport, through two tunnels, in quiting time travel, through Pittsburgh took almost three hours! After that, I swore I would never do that again.

Just putting it out there, Pittsburgh traffic sucks!

Just a note - I appreciate all the lovely PMs; however, please stop listing your race. Your race is inconsequential to me.

I'm a multiracial woman so in the words of Clark Gable, "Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn (about your race)." All I care about is if a fella is willing to screen appropriately and respects my boundaries.

I've always had incall in Cranberry. It's a very convenient location for me and all my clients. There are a million hotel options too. Depending on where you're staying you'll probably have an easy walk to a lot of restaurants. I hope you enjoy your stay in Pittsburgh!

Thank you, Jayden and Grace and Dreamgurrl (if I'm not following you, please PM me - twitter is a place I post and go lol, super overwhelming).

I've decided when the time comes this summer, I think I'm going to stay in Cranberry and Greentree.

Maybe stay a day Downtown - even if I don't meet a new friend it'll be nice to just see it. A significant portion of my family were welders and union so I just have an interest in the city in general.
