Downer used to be considered one of the best SCs in North America back in the day by many including quite a few mongers from Toronto. Today most SCs are in decline nothing like they used to be including the Downer.

FYI jon in the falls owns diamonds as well as temptations. not a bad thing. very good talent in both agencies.Raising rates soon however. still a great deal for the incall.
