Don't just lay down $$ you might end up with a HJ and out 2 bills. Develop a dialogue with her and tell her what you want. She will tell you yes or no and how much. Then negotiate with her. To many people over paying and not getting what they want just raising the prices when they go in and just drop down money. Good luck
