I wrote up a review on this on OH2. Short version: I know it sounds crazy, and I was ready to write her off at one point. But the first few times I saw her, no problems. And after I’d just about given up, I did some more research in the reviews, figured out how to get the best service out of her, worked it out, and haven’t had any serious issues since. YMMV, and it’s OK.
