Yesterday was a good day. I watched my two favorite baseball movies, the Natural and the Rookie. Both are great in their own way, however IMHO the Rookie is more emotional. It's one thing seeing Robert Redford chase his dreams, however seeing Dennis Quaid chase his dreams just gets to me.

Yesterday was a good day. I watched my two favorite baseball movies, the Natural and the Rookie. Both are great in their own way, however IMHO the Rookie is more emotional. Yessir indeed! Two great movies. Agree with the Rookie getting the nod.

Field of Dreams is the movie that gets to me. Several scenes, especially "Hey Dad? You wanna have a catch", gets me every time.

KC has past Superbowl experience, I still have them to win. The score doesn't matter

You have to be kidding. It was a great game. Nothing wrong with the ending either, KC playing smart and not leaving any time on the clock before they scored.


2 rule changes needed imho:


have moveable uprights on the goal posts. toward the end of the 4th quarter, move them closer together so there is less chance to make a field goal


outlaw the tomahawk punch to try and create a fumble. it is unsportsman like


and no camera shots of owners dancing in their stadium suites
2cd game in a row the refs won the game for kc

No. KC would have made the field goal anyway. Only difference is the Eagles would have had a little time to try and tie it.

KC may have decided to go for the TD also in that instance.
