For what? The proof of misconduct lies on the accuser, not the accused. The Dominion servers changed no votes. Multiple recounts proved that.

Carlson's
on air comments about Powell not being willing to provide any proof to FOX is a case breaker for Dominion right there. i'm sure FOX by now has copies of several company emails from Dominion executives where they expressed concern about their systems. minor software issues or not, Dominion knew the systems had issues.
we will see what the cards are in full only when the game .. i.e. trial is afoot.
