If I cared, I look it and let you know whether it was with or without prejudice and the statute of limitations. But I don’t care enough to get that sorted out. So I’ll stick with I Believe it was 1) dismissed with prejudice making it res judicata or 2) a new claim is time barred by the statute of limitations.
