Shucks legacy is the best for fried fish. The fish sandwich is very good

The Surfside Club just north of Omaha has good fried catfish and chicken, but unfortunately they are closed for the season until April 17 so you will have to hit it on another trip. In the summertime you can sit outside on their patio and get mooned by people going by in their boats on the Missouri River LOL!

Fish frys at the catholic churches on Fridays during Lent are big around here, but you are going to be here a week too early for that.

That’s like saying the best burger in Omaha is Burger King. We all like shitty pizza sometimes but that’s not what you recommend to a visitor. Via Farina in shaker plaza is great
