The screaming you hear is leftists crying over SCOTUS

I doubt the upcoming SCOTUS session will slow the whining much especially with what is happening in Illinois but for sure the clock is ticking.

The concept of immunity doesn't really apply to criminal trials so subpoena duces tecum will likely be the the gist of their ruling so much of the case in Georgia and for sure NYC will not be affected on any real level.

But in the event they do rule for more of an absolute immunity that covers fake electors and bully tactics for state officials during an election cycle watch out come November!
... I surely agree-with you and Lusty-Lad there, Berry.

The scope of what the President can do is clear.
They can even kill people - as OBama did with drones.

Let's see what the Supreme Court sayes about it.

It's simply a delay by hearing this case by scotus. They are doing the right thing to hear it, but by expediting the review..

They'll come to the same conclusion as the prior court did- that Trump does not have immunity against non-presidential functions, and his Jan 6 activities were not his daily modus op as being POTUS.

This will simply just delay when Jack Smith starts into his case sometime in June. It will certainly make fall something interesting if you like drama TV. (And I'm sure Fox News will find a way to sell some books about it)...

In the meantime, the case is in New York and the case in Florida are proceeding.

What will be the war cry after SCOTUS fails to give Trump a golden shower of immunity he desires?

Interference?

I cn't wait to hear the excuses.

A sitting President should hae latitude and in his legit attempts to verify election results i am all for immunity.

Trump was way too extra in his eforts and for that. He will not be rescued by a GOP friendly SCOTUS
