I use it sometimes but never tell the guy I have a friend who knows this, that and the third about the appt.

Nothing wrong with the buddy system. I used to do this when I was new. Still do it occasionally. However I will text a provider buddy verses calling in front of the client. And they do not mind at all.

Yes screening helps, however I do worry about my provider buddies when they tour, to a new place they have never been before, same goes for me to. I just want somebody aware of where I am.

I think calling just comes across as a mood killer. It is hard not knowing many people but someone always knows like what hotel I am at and when my appointments should be over. I wish more providers were there for each other. I know personally Dallas has been amazing for this!

I always text my SO to let him know where I am going and how long I will be before hand as he works some crazy ass hours now, but again it is a safe feeling knowing he knows I am out and about. I do let some of my close friends know where I am as well if I decide to do one of my little personal hiatus trips for a couple of days just to go somewhere different. LOL Dallas seems to always be the one to know where I go as well and Im glad to have her as a friend! Always there and giving me advice!
