in 20 years You might understand the REAL things that get these establishments shut down. It's not our reviews on this board. It is the time of year, the amount of advertising, and the angry wives with GPS and bank statements. Don't forget the girls that work in these establishments must make a series of mistakes to get caught.
The number of well reviewed providers and establishments that have been open for years is proof it's not the review that gets you shut down.

Isn’t reviews a form of advertising? I’m not on every site, but the ones I’ve been on have stopped advertising completely.
What’s the spa going to do about angry wives and bank statements. That’s on you mongers to get your game in check. How about a wife finding the reviews you did. Wouldn’t it be more beneficial to reduce paper trails for those trying to sneak it?
Did these other well reviewed providers and establishment have the same review boom as these spas? Is it even comparable? We were getting multiple reviews almost daily.
Even if they’ve made mistakes, they’ve been clearly trying to do things to make changes. You obviously like the place to keep going. Why ignore the one simple thing they ask you to do? Is it really that hard? No sign my ass.
