My Back is killing me

Brooke Wilde's Avatar
I don't get a lot of massages' because it is hard for me to sit still, but about a year & 1/2 ago my back started killing me out of nowhere.

After a few days of dealing with the pain I went & got a professional deep-tissue massage & by the end of the hour the pain was 100% gone & never returned.

I can't believe how easy it was to fix.

I forgot to tell you about acupuncture. I've been doing that for about 15 years. I have a bad sciatic nerve and that always cures it.
One thing that I do not recommend that was very uncomfortable is cupping.
Also try restorative yoga.
Castor oil heals your body from inside out.

Yes on the lidocaine.
Brooke is correct about deep tissue massage, but from an experienced person. I had one of the KC places show ECG how to pop a rib back into place that I injured decades ago.
Yes on the TENS, we use even larger versions.
But, I want to get back to stretching, those disc things between the vertebrae is the target for stretching.
