Got one of those just the other day myself from a random number after setting up a meet with a girl off SA. Always get their number first then you can discuss off the site. How can you honestly offer a allowance without know anything about them? Start off with a PPM then see how things go. After seeing each other a few times both of you will know if you want to keep this going. At that point that is when i would bring up and potential changes either one of you are needing and come to agreement and change to a allowance. Get them off the site to texting as fast as possible. You don't have to say PPM or Allowance...ask "what is your expectation"? You can refer to cash as 'donation'. Never say sex for cash....
