You DO realize where the "aid money" went don't you? To US businesses to make arms and munitions. Plenty of the money from other countries also went directly to US companies and it's workers. That's because other countries bought US arms....you know the kind of thing where the money comes to the US. Because they believed they could count on the US to not go to complete shit in <2 months. I'm sure there are talks about fixing that situation going on all over the world with American Allies. That means less money coming into the US. More unemployment and a declining economy.
