But the legal process itself is already a punishment. Strip clubs are legal in the US. Imagine being accused of doing something illegal in a strip club. Your name and face are made public, and you’re constantly ridiculed by the media. Let alone the disasters that come with it for married people.
I hope it doesn't hold. Otherwise, I am going to have to get a girlfriend ...
You want to talk about expensive, People complaining about the GPS with the studios etc. Yipes.
Even worse a wife, Imagine having to pay some old hag half of your lifetime earnings (Maybe more depending on your Jurisdiction).
They should be prosecuting people for getting married ...
Completely off topic, but that is my relationship rant.
Don't discuss anything outside of the usual modeling service. Just get an appointment for the HHR or HR of modeling. No need for potentially illegal discussions and yes acronyms count.
The numbers in that case seem to suggest that they got the bookers phone and may have taken appointments for the remainder of the day. The ones making illegal solicitations got themselves into trouble.
Visiting a brothel alone, allegations or being present at a crime scene do not constitute a crime or guilty by any means. Texts and records can only be used as circumstantial evidence when other physical evidence is shown to Jury. Do not do the prosecutor's job easier. In a million years they can prove a case without hard evidence.

This is a bit worrying for sure.
Is it possible to ask the Studio to delete text conversations after each session? Not sure how much it would help but it seems better than leaving all the chat log saved up.

Old news. Just took a while to bring to court. Those defendants need to just own it and bust out with some Dave Chappelle type responses. Originally Posted by BigBamboo

The sharper you make that funnel the less business they get.

Any escort who screens is aware of this. On one hand it's good - the deeper screening the less trouble you'll face (probably why these studios ask for IDs and real world info), on the other hand, you lose some people at this step. So adding a whole different messaging app is likely not feasible.

Although, truthfully, all of use should be using at the least telegram or signal.

However, depending on the level of privacy someone expects, using a dedicated app might be a much easier option.

For example, a privacy-conscious person might use a phone number purchased with cash on a separate device with a distinct online account (Google or Apple) solely for this purpose. This approach is considerably more involved than simply downloading an app and creating a new account on that app.

I guess a lot of people are just using their personal phones and personal numbers
They coulda easily subpoenaed the phone provider for text messages. I mean nothing is ever "deleted" with the technology they have. I learned that another tool they use is using your cell signal to place you at the location so best to always turn your phone off.
they use all this technology to set up fake traffic case , 2 consenting adult having s. how about criminal on street ???
