Please answer. I'm open to all takes.

I'll bite.

AMPS-- By and large, the ladies working in AMPS are trafficked. There are very-- VERY rare exceptions to this-- but they are few and far between. Cue the AMP fans coming to argue about it-- I don't give a fuck. I said what I said.

Studios-- On this one-- it REALLY depends. By the textbook definition of the law, these ladies are considered "trafficked" because they give a portion of their proceeds to another... but by the definition most ladies have-- studio ladies, unless transported here from another country, aren't "trafficked" in the strictest of sense. A good rule of thumb here-- is if they are not allowed to give you their personal phone number-- there is a high chance that they are trafficked. There are some decent studios out there that are merely a place for ladies to operate out of-- those ladies all have the freedom to share personal information.
Oh, and Megapersonals is probably not the best place to shop for dates. Originally Posted by TinMan

But come to think of it, can’t say I’ve gotten many clients from there. . Maybe I’ll just go delete that profile lol!

To me the best thing and only thing to do is Lawyer. You cant explain away anything. You are going to get booked
I don’t know that that is a good example. She’s trying to change the narrative now but she ran away before the Mavs game. She ran away from the treatment center her parents sent her to in Utah after the Mavs game “abduction”

No way in hell she didn’t know the dudes she left the Mavs game with. This wasn’t random shit. They say she wasn’t really trying to escape from the hotel in Oklahoma.

for the LAZY COPS and LE reading here, those are the pimps and traffickers you should be working on getting off the streets.they prey on girls who "struggle with anxiety and coped with marijuana and alcohol at 15" and abduct them like this 15yr old girl. Dallas PD goes full LAZY USELESS NOT OUR PROBLEM and then says "report her as a runaway to the North Richland Hills Police Department, which is more than 30 miles away" Originally Posted by nookiebandit

Sex trafficking is the selling of sex. Whether it's an independent woman voluntarily selling sex, or a woman being coerced or forced into prostitution by a pimp or boyfriend, that's all technically sex trafficking.

Human trafficking is, similarly, the sale or trade of humans. Paying to smuggle someone across a border, regardless of who or why, is human trafficking. Selling someone as a slave, sexual or otherwise, is human trafficking.

The more important question is whether a woman's participation in prostitution is voluntary. If she is free to decide to not see a client, if she is free to decide to not engage in prostitution anymore, that's what really matters.

Not exactly, per federal statute:

“Sex trafficking is the recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision, obtaining, patronizing, or soliciting of a person for the purpose of a commercial sex act in which a commercial sex act is induced by force, fraud, or coercion, or in which the person induced to perform such act has not attained 18 years of age.“

So, legally, it isn’t voluntary.
I was looking at list crawler ads recently. I saw a number is attractive ladies ad mores than usual. It saw suspicious at the time that hooking at past posts and history. They all had very short historys. Usually a week or 2. Also usually only say 3 to 8 photos stored. I can't remember about comments but other factors were plenty to raise suspition. However I am also suspicious when I see a lot of comments accumulated in a short time. Not that I was actually looking to meet but interested in who might be posting with OH2 being down recently. The video was interesting. The cops made the statement the this was a demand side operation and the prepared video clip only showed me being scooped up. However reporters tanking after the prepared video clip implied the female were also lowered to the location. I don't know if they were ultimately arrested or not.

In no way am I saying she deserved any of the awful things that may have happened to her. It sounds like her “troubled” youth is over thankfully.

Thanks for sharing video, OP. A couple observations from watching the video -

1. In the current hobbying climate in Texas, if guys are still just calling a random girl that they know nothing about (no reviews, minimal info in ads, etc.) and then talking about money and / or services, that is pretty reckless.

2. I have no way of proving this, but since these dudes got arrested right after they knocked on the door, I feel like they most likely discussed money and / or services prior to knocking on the door. DO NOT DO THIS........especially if there are no reviews for the girl you are seeing!!!
