Gents - With OH2 Down, What Other Sites are You Using?

That's exactly right. The way the law is worded for sites that are free vs sites that are for-profit vary. Even with an LLC the owner of for-profit sites can get in a lot of trouble. They can also be personally sued if a provider/lady has a bad experience with a client/man & it can be traced back to the site.

He is also a big advocate for us and wanted to create a safe and useful place for us. He is a pretty stand up guy (met him once, years ago.) P411 doesn't charge us either. I think adding premium options for both sides could be a good option, but I am extremely grateful to have safe and good places to attract attention from that I don't have to pay for. The answer to your question on how other sites identify and mitigate legal risk is complicated enough I don’t want to go off topic in trying to explain it. Suffice to say that there is not a “one size fits all” approach to running a hobby website and not get into legal trouble. P411’s approach makes sense given their circumstances, and oh2’s makes sense for different reasons. I can say the same for Eccie.

Never said you weren't and agree partakers need ways to stay safe as well. Y'all have access to the same resources we do like reviews (so you can make sure the lady is legit) and P411 okays (you can see that she is active and legit) and you could even reach out to other gents if you really wanted to confirm a lady was ok that he had reviewed. You're also able to access all of that for free, which is great.

Something y'all do get on here that we don't is a premium option with added features. You can also see hidden comments about us on our reviews that we have no way of ever getting to see. (Always concerning for us because we can't know if a gent is wrongly portraying us out here.)

You have a strong opinion about what *we* should have to do with our hard-earned moolah.

If we had to pay for every site, I can guarantee you guys would have less options on the market.

At the end of the day both here, and OH2 (when it is working) are great *free* resources for both providers and hobbyists alike if you know how to utilize them properly.

However....
There are numourous types of attacks that can prevent access to any site that's under attack.
Professional firewalls that have built in programming to modify denial blocks are quite expensive.

P411 is all that ECG's friends use unless in Chicago or Virgina.

P411 does charge if we want a Visiting ad it's whole 20$ for a month.
