- After police intervention, Garcia continued abusive behavior, including blocking the petitioner from leaving, breaking their phone, and damaging property (TV, tablet, car windshield).
- Garcia physically assaulted the petitioner (slapping, pushing), threatened them, and claimed legal immunity.
- The petitioner expresses fear for their safety and the safety of their children.

The media and Democrats have burnt to the ground any last shred of credibility they had left as they glorified Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a known MS13 gang member, human trafficker, and serial domestic violence perpetrator.
