Republicans Want Vote On Obama Jobs Bill

That's why they are supposed to debate things and then vote. They can rewrite the bill anyway they want before it goes to a vote. That's the way the process is supposed to work after all.

Our congress doesn't want to debate, they only want to disagree and the American public is pretty sick of it.

He is either for it the way it is, or he is against it. The hypothetical condition you are stipulating will never happen! It's imaginary! Therefore, he is either for it the way it is, or he is against it. If he votes against it for the sake of New York tax payers, then he is voting against it for the sake of Mississippi tax payers as well.
