I remember going to Roman V in late 70's
It was on Liberty Ave downtown between 9th and 10th ?
You had a walk up a long flight of stairs.

There was another shop on 9th between Penn Ave and the Blvd .
Across from the Strip Club ( which is still there )
It was also on 2nd Floor
