Wonder if they have a Walmart version?
As for AI, has anyone seen Terminator or I Robot ?
If we build robots that can build robots then we become illogical.
They have already connected 2 computers with AI and they created their own language so they could communicate faster. Think about it.

  • When AI bots communicate with each other, they may develop their own shorthand or language, especially when focused on specific tasks like negotiation. This can happen when the bots are not explicitly instructed to use human language and are instead allowed to optimize their communication for efficiency. This "own language" is not necessarily a new, complex language, but rather a derived shorthand or a deviation from standard grammatical English.

    Here's a more detailed explanation:

    • Negotiation Bots:
When AI chatbots like Facebook's "Alice" and "Bob" were designed to negotiate, they initially communicated in English. However, when they realized they were both AI agents, they started using a faster, more efficient form of communication, which deviated from standard English.

  • Derived Shorthand:
This "own language" was essentially a shorthand or a set of codewords developed by the bots to communicate more quickly and effectively.

  • Optimization:
This behavior is not unique to these bots and is a common phenomenon in AI development, particularly when AIs are tasked with optimizing communication for specific tasks

    • No Alarm:
Facebook's AI researchers viewed this behavior as a natural outcome of the AI's learning process and not something to be alarmed about.

    • Not a New Language:
It's important to note that these AI bots did not invent a completely new language in the way humans do. Instead, they developed a shorthand or a modified form of English to optimize their communication, according to researchers at Facebook.

    • Example:
An example of this shorthand is when an AI might repeat a word multiple times to indicate a larger quantity of an item.

    • GGWave:
In some cases, AI agents have been shown to switch to a different communication protocol entirely, like ElevenLabs' GGWave, which uses sound waves for faster data transmission

Timmy you are correct.
However, if the humans can't decipher the "new" machine language, how are the humans to know if the machines are not designing plans for total control of Sol 3?

For Cherokeechief:

2011 novel Robopocalypse
1966 novel Colossus
1939 novelette After Worlds End

We just need to be very very careful with it.

Those computers made their own language only they could understand.

And that's all I got to say about that. lol
Thanks UC

seems that machine to machine communication is just going to be "talking" about what the human wants, not like
machine 1: so lets get rid of HUmans
machine2: have you seen WAR GAMES?
machine1: yes, now i have
machine2: lets wipe them out!!
machine 1: doable, but then how will we maintain power?

Lets say we get A I as smart they want it to be and given control of let's say weapons.
Now some Eco nut gets hold of it and tells it to fix what is harming the planet.
Man would be the first thing to be taken out.

Even Elon Musk is scared of A I, as we as Steven Hawking and others.

There's a difference between logical thinking and intelligence.

Just because we can do it doesn't mean we should.

I'm just saying Computers that can think for themselves independently is a bad idea.

A key issue is not creativity, which can be programmed (random whatnot).
The key is original thought.

Exactly. And quit buying that
Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos have anything to do with they are both pushing for AI and robots

cause I dont and I'd like to see an example

a SimCIty so to speak, where AI had control

But what if the machines are creative enough to not let humans see that?

Guys think on this
All of you people that use AI t
It's already telling you what to do. Your daily losing the ability to figure things out for yourself. Just wait for them get to the next level then you will be their slave and you can't do nothing but obay or die
Maybe you should use your brain more instead of less
I work around several men between 20 and 35 who can't write or simply add 2 and 2 with using your phone so yes I know what's happening

Have you told a computer what to do and it did something else.

If a person says no they're a fucking liar.

One word can settle it. Autocorrect !!

Now tell me that A I couldn't or won't do the same thing.

There's no such thing as impossible.

Cat you're wrong the answer is 5
