At this point very little. Trump and our new Defense Secretary have already given up their leadership role.

This is just another example of how the new administration is dealing with political issues at home and of their own making by the way rather than dealing with our allies abroad.

In the long run this abrogation of our leadership role will eventually come back and bite us in the ass.

^^^ Yeah, it's not like Trump cares about diplomacy much. If your boss doesn't care, why would diplomatic relations be a high priority on his to do list when dire attention is needed for an insignificant name change on a fucking ship? That ship will sink if that name is not changed!

I hope they change the name right back on 1/21/29 when this MAGA divisive silliness is over and done with and an adult is running things in the big house.
