I've been to both Jupiter and Jim Miller places multiple times over the last 2 years. Jupiter location is quiet and secluded, I don't know if that is considered risky. Jim Miller location is a strip mall. There are all kinds of shops there, nail salon, dentist, chiropractor, tax, even an alcoholic anonymous. So it's a busy place. The 'Johns' may simply be customers of other shops.
