If a state determines that ice, or the national guard has no legal basis for being there, those troops cannot follow actions and directions that are against those courts.

Wrong! A state cannot stop ICE from arresting and deporting illegals. They can decline to cooperate but they cannot obstruct. Federal law trumps state law, especially on immigration.
The national guard doesn't flip-flop according to court decisions being appealed/reversed en route to the SCOTUS. National Guard troops follow the orders of their commanding officers.
Trump as C-in-C has fully complied with the law. These Democrats are so fucking clueless they can't even tell us what "illegal orders" have been issued that deserve to be disobeyed! They're encouraging behavior that - if followed - will result in court martial. They don't give a fuck because it's not their ass that will get reamed!
