Its why you see so many in the San Ho/ Frisco area and sprinkled throughout SoCal. Competition is fierce but customers are steady until the lineup gets stale (and then they shuffle between orgs). That action is out of sight and out of mind so no one cares unless other nefarious activity is prsent or the constant sounds of a fuck fest is pissing off the neighbors. The studios aren’t close like those in the Golden Triangle usually involving a 20-60 minute drove between them.

I personally think the studios need to get smarter. As soon as a client enters an apartment, make the client initiate the touch and the girl has to tell them if they are cops and that they are just friends who like each other. We live in a world of tipping culture, so they can say tipping is optional before more happens. We the reviewers would put more in the ROS section, and make it tougher for investigations. That way if they ever get busted, all they have are cops touching before any exchanges happening, and friendships turning into friends with benefits. If anyone else is educated in some degree in law, feel free to extend more in this topic.
