I am pretty sure that doctors/labs are required by law to report positive STD test results to the State of Texas.

Just finished the annual check up, since I am in food service I always get the "full panel"
HIV, HEPC, STDs along with the standard blood work. Happy to say, all clear. Hobby safe.
