Most do not need it, they are nomadic tribes, Shiita Muslims .
2. There is no interest on loans, banks in Libya are state-owned and loans given to all its citizens at 0% interest by law.

This is due to the Sharia banking system not Ghadaffi.
3. Home considered a human right in Libya

Once they "start the family" how will they support them? Ghadaffi saw power in numbers, he wanted a larger army.

5. Education and medical treatments are free in Libya. Before Gaddafi only 25% of Libyans are literate. Today the figure is 83%.

How many medical facilities are avialable in Libya? How many to women? Why do so many children die diring childbirth in Libya. Doctor's does trying to save his opposers lives.

6. Should Libyans want to take up farming career, they would receive farming land, a farming house, equipments, seeds and livestock to kick-start their farms are all for free.

What can you farm on desert sand?
7. If Libyans cannot find the educati
on or medical facilities they need in Libya, the government funds them to go abroad for it is not only free but they get US$2,300/mth accommodation and car allowance.

This may be true yet the country is not literate enough to know this fact.

Why are they so very poor them?
15. 25% of Libyans have a university degree

I'm sure most of them leave.
