Sorry Ramos, I meant to address my comment to the OP...but your avatar got to me...darn Spurs! (lol) Usually, if a hobbyist wants an alcoholic beverage...they ask during a phone conversation if they should bring anything.
It's never been an issue for me...however, I've heard of situations where drinking has caused memory loss...of someone forgetting to leave a donation! Of course, that may have been selective memory loss...and not the booze! (lol)
It always amazes me that many think in the Monday-Friday 9 to 5 world.
Anyone care to consider a person may be coming off a night shift in the ER and 10:00AM to him or her may well be their evening??.
Sonya nailed it nicely because if I remember right --- she's out and about at 5:00AM (up at 4:30AM) -- so that's a lot different from you folks who sleep past The View!!
And those of you who think you have it all figured out -- always remember the saying ".....I never knew he(she) drank until I saw him(her) sober....."
God Forbid someone here should suggest something that others may see as disagreeable for personal or other reasons bordering on jealousy or just flat out obvious disdain (yes it shows!!).
