Did I spook her?

My first contact with this particular provider was actually via voice. I talked to her last week. The text I sent her was simply asking about her availability for the next day. She responded with "Where?" And I replied "Your place." -- but, unfortunately, from the other phone number. That's when her communication stopped.

UPDATE:

It all worked out in the end. I eventually was able to explain the situation to the provider, and we ended up scheduling an appointment. I'm glad I didn't just throw in the towel. She was well worth making the effort to clear things up.
