If Texas made prostitution legal but required a permit, would you?

IF and ONLY IF it could / would be set up like say a fishing license where you show your age, state of legal residence then they give you some kind of tag to keep on you just in case you are inspected or like the hunting tags you put on the body of what-ever you just killed until it goes to the butcher then ok. If it was run like Kaci said it was/is in NV or like we all know it probally would be run then HELL NO!

I like the general thought of it (as most rules / regulations start off with good intentions), but when you get down to the nuts and bolts of it, its just another way for the govt to take your money. I dont need the govt involved in my life any more than they already are.....
