It's our money and their body. We're allowed to be selective and so are they. If there's a group/class/race, etc. that a provider doesn't want to see, good customer service would indicate that she should make it abundantly clear in all of her ads.

I try to be especially thorough when I consider an appointment, but we all overlook things. I'm really sorry this happened to you. Little Kitty Nikki has had a lot of IOD's (indication of driftiness) in her recent reviews, but I hope she gets it all pulled together, 'cause despite that, she's still on my list of want-to-sees.
