I don't have any data to prove or disprove it, but I don't think the amount of usage a vagina has received has much to do with size of lips, etc. I guess if you constantly tug on the lips, it might cause them to stretch longer, be more 'external' in nature. But I would think that would require over an hour a day, every day, for weeks & months.

I doubt that any of the lovely ladies here would have a vagina I would not find attractive. I am sure there probably are some, but if it is kept clean, I am sure I would find it quite tasty.

The biggest caution I would give any lady is that surgery on such delicate areas with so many sensitive nerve endings could leave you less responsive to attention in that area.
